Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is in a superb location, just a few minutes walk from Union Square with Target right in front. The rooms were beautiful, boasting great vanity mirrors, a fantastic shower, and an extremely comfortable bed. The service went above and beyond, even guiding me around the lobby to show nearby amenities and offering free access to airplane check-in services. The dining options, though good enough to satisfy hunger, could use more variety and maybe some chocolate for the waffles. The location puts you right in the heart of the city, making it convenient to access shopping, transportation, and dining. However, the presence of homeless individuals around the hotel's entrances was a downside. The facilities were sufficient, and everything needed was within walking distance.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully designed and appointed, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The service was outstanding, with thoughtful gestures like adding points to my Marriott account. The location was superb, within walking distance of Union Square and China Town, and right near quality shopping. The only downside was the dining options which could use more variety, but the overall experience was excellent.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not as desired with two double beds that didn't feel worth it upon seeing the state of the windows and the distance from the lift with heavy luggage was challenging. However, the service was exceptional, especially from the staff member who helped us move closer to the elevator. The location was convenient for exploring SFO sights, though the presence of homeless individuals nearby was concerning. The dining experience was good, with fresh food available despite some busyness, and the facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were exceptional, exceeding our expectations in terms of comfort and cleanliness. However, our initial room was big but a bit outdated and overlooked the AC equipment, but the staff swiftly moved us to a different room.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were modern with convenient USB charging points, allowing for a comfortable stay overall. On the downside, there seemed to be some inconsistency in the service provided. The location was excellent for accessing nearby amenities but could feel a bit uncomfortable at times due to the neighborhood. Dining options were decent, offering a satisfying breakfast spread, albeit with some limitations. The facilities were adequate but lacked that extra wow factor.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with spacious and well-maintained rooms offering plenty of comfort. The service was friendly and efficient, making my experience even better. The location was convenient for exploring the city, although it could get a bit noisy at times. The dining options were overpriced, but the facilities overall were satisfactory.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very quiet despite the busy streets outside, and they were spacious and well-appointed. However, being next to the elevator made it quite loud at times. The breakfast was excellent, but some service mishaps were notable.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with clean rooms, right by the elevator, and comfortable beds. The check-in process was smooth. However, the constant noise from protesting outside was a bit disturbing. The service was excellent, with courteous and helpful staff. The location was convenient, close to shopping centers and dining options. The dining experience was average, and the lack of a pool was disappointing for a family stay.
The hotel's rooms, although with low ceilings and a faint smell of beer, were incredibly furnished and clean, and I was informed of any inconveniences beforehand. The service, with valet, front desk, and housekeeping, was AMAZING, with staff being so helpful and patient. The dining experience in the M lounge was one of the best, albeit expensive. Overall, a great stay but with some minor room issues and pricey dining.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and nicely appointed but a bit small for the price, and the lack of alternative bedding was a downside. The service was excellent, with professional and accommodating staff, but there were some issues with dining options. The location was fantastic, right in the midst of everything, but there were no specific comments on the facilities.
